The ibm thinkpad x60s battery in my Vaio VGN-TZ31 was empty again. however, the device was not in use no more for several days already. but at the last the battery was still 100%. What happened to me with a device already dozens of times, actually, it is pretty for me not to active the battery and use for every time after a few days . Pending the achievement of the full charge, it takes several hours, especially if the device is used there. This is particularly annoying when there is no power outlet is available nearby, if you’re on the road. That is the thing actually been built, but well .
Before I file a complaint, the outrageously expensive part now, Sony needs to get it one last chance. The house Vaio Power Management tool (see screen) you can activate namely, a “battery care”. This is apparently the thinkpad x60 battery only to 80% each (or less, charged depending on the setting). This has probably lead to a lower wear. At least I take the somewhat meager description in the corresponding menu of the software. Perhaps this will solve my problem?
If not, this would have the 2nd Return / reclamation of this equipment. The last time was in the course of recalling changed the webcam, because it could lead to the inspiron 1501 battery overheating.
